Prof. Hideaki Shinoda, from the Graduate School of Global Studies at the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies. Prof Shinoda is one of Japan's leading International Relations Scholars, was recently in Colombo, CLASS facilitated research briefing and publication collaboration with Prof Shinoda and potential Sri Lankan scholars from State Universities, Think Tanks and Corporate Sector on a potential joint publication on South Asia.
